Katie kept in constant communication with us during the home selling process. She made sure we were notified on each of the steps involved in the process and built up trust by staying in touch with us. 

Katie was adaptable to our properties unique needs (i.e. our cabin was an Airbnb and so we had to market the short term rental income value of the property to potential buyers). She was really patient throughout the entire process as it did take a while to find the right buyer.
